Sacré Blues draws upon material from the great blues artists of the mid-20th century -- Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, T-Bone Walker, B.B. King, Willie Dixon, Howlin' Wolf, Jimmy Reed, Freddy King, and others -- then adds their own, rock-influenced style to create an authentic, traditional blues experience. Sacré Blues is: These players each have decades of experience playing in various other blues and rock bands, and audiences are occasionally treated to an original composition or a spontaneous, bluesed-up rendition of a classic rock favorite. MP3 Samples: These samples were recorded live in the band's "Blues Cave" rehearsal facility in one take. No splices, overdubs, pitch correction or fancy studio effects were used.
